Office Administrator

NAI Mountain Commercial is looking for an Office Administrator to assist our entire entire team, with an emphasis on supporting our property management group. We are a merit based organization, meaning that high performers are rewarded handsomely if they can consistently meet deadlines and add value to the overall business. We also give individuals that can perform consistently the freedom to operate in their in day to day with a high degree of autonomy, meaning there are no micro managers here. Experience is certainly welcomed, but high energy level, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. We are looking for individuals that can bring an ownership mentality to their work.

We are growing rapidly and expanding into several new real estate business lines, meaning there is plenty of room to grow with the company.

General responsibilities include:

  • Works directly with our Business Director on all recurring office tasks and projects
  • Act as primary point of contact for all customer service issues
  • Maintains company files, records, and reports
  • Communicates with tenants, vendors, and clients for requested work/issues and records concise information on any requests
  • Assists with organization and implementation of all company projects and/or new ventures
  • Create and distribute any notices, memos, or correspondence with tenants/residents per the property management team
  • Assists in preparation of any ongoing human resource needs
  • Inventory control for all office supplies and company property
