2017 Q3 COMMERCIAL MARKET REPORT

Q3 2017 kicked off with a few new leases finalizing in Vail Village, while the mid-valley market saw a small up-tick in vacancy with 1,530 square feet coming back on the market. Despite the modest changes in the upper and mid-valley markets, the lower valley market has continued to thrive with 11,134 square feet closing. Rental rates throughout the valley were steady for Q3 and we expect them to stay the same the remainder of the year.
